Cardinal Lake Estates

The Cardinal Lake Community is located in Duluth, GA and is comprised over 650 homes. Opal and Robert Webb were the first to move into Cardinal Lake Estates in 1960, Cardinal Lake is located 30 miles NE of Atlanta in Gwinnett County. The children of Cardinal Lake attend Harris Elementary or Mason Elementary, Coleman Middle or Duluth Middle, and Duluth High School which are part of the Gwinnett County Public School District, one of the nations top school districts. The city of Duluth offers a diverse array of dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities. 

Within the Cardinal Lake Community, there are two lakes: Cardinal Lake and Canary Lake. Both lakes are teaming with wildlife, aquatic birds, deer, and the occasional beaver. Active CLCA Members are able to fish and share in the amenities or either Cardinal or Canary Lake.

The Mary Paulsen Playground was installed and dedicated in 2007. Mary Paulsen was an active member of the Cardinal Lake Civic Association who sadly lost her fight with Breast Cancer. We celebrate her life and the life of her daughter with this beautiful playground providing a safe a zone for the neighborhood children to play.
