CLCA Boat and Small Craft Registration
All boats and personal watercraft must be registered with the Cardinal Lake Civic Association for use on Cardinal Lake and Canary Lake. Only active CLCA Members may register their vessels. If you have questions or comments regarding the registration process, contact us.
